Privacy policy

What we collect
Account details you give us (name and email), the content you enter while working (saved searches, favourites, client names, briefs and notes), and technical records of your use of the service (pages requested, timestamps, IP address, errors).
How we use it
To provide and improve the service, keep it secure, respond to support requests, and send service emails. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Information about your clients
When you record a client's name, brief or notes, you are the source of that information and we store it on your behalf to provide your workspace. Enter the minimum your work needs; you can delete a client and their workspace at any time, which removes their records from the live service.
Where it lives
Hologrid runs on cloud infrastructure that may store data in the United States and Australia: Vercel (web hosting and aggregate page analytics), Amazon Web Services and Neon (data), Sentry (error monitoring), Resend (email delivery), Statsig (feature flags — receives your account id and email), and Mapbox (map tiles — receives your IP address when maps load). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
Disclosure
We disclose personal information only to the processors above, or where the law requires it. There is no other sharing.
Security and retention
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to what operating the service requires, and backups are retained on a rolling schedule. We keep account data while your account exists and delete it on request when it closes.
Access, correction and complaints
Email christopher@hyperia.software to access, correct or delete your information, or to make a privacy complaint. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles and will notify affected people of any eligible data breach as the Privacy Act requires.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be flagged in the product.
