Who we are

Hologrid is a property research service operated by Hyperia Software (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at christopher@hyperia.software. By using Hologrid you agree to these terms.

The service

Hologrid aggregates property market information — listings, valuations, land data, hazard overlays, suburb metrics and automated assessments — for professional property research. Access is by invitation while the service is in beta, and features may change or be withdrawn without notice.

Not financial or professional advice

Everything Hologrid shows — estimates, yields, scores, screening checks, suburb metrics and any other figure — is general information prepared without regard to your objectives, financial situation or needs. It is not financial product advice, not a property valuation, and not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. We are not licensed valuers, real estate agents or financial advisers.

Nothing on Hologrid replaces your own due diligence: an automated screening check is not a building inspection, a flood overlay is not a flood certificate, and an estimated value is not an appraisal. Obtain your own professional advice before acting.

Data accuracy

Hologrid's information is derived from third-party sources and automated processing, either of which can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Figures are dated where possible, and we do not warrant their accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Verify anything material against the primary source before relying on it.

Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are personal and not shareable. We may suspend or close accounts during the beta, including for breach of these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, bulk-extract, resell or redistribute Hologrid's data; do not probe, overload or interfere with the service; do not use it for any unlawful purpose. Share links exist to share individual property documents with your clients — not to republish the service.

Content you enter

Client names, briefs and notes you enter remain yours. You are responsible for having the right to store that information, and we process it only to provide the service to you.

Intellectual property

The service, its design and its compiled outputs belong to us or our licensors. Open government data used by Hologrid is credited on the attributions page.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is during the beta and we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on the information it presents. Nothing in these terms excludes guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded; where permitted, our liability for their breach is limited to re-supplying the service.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged in the product. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
